I am renting out my a fully furnished 1984 Mobile Home. It is a good home, that is very comfortable. It is a 14 x 48 which means it has 672 square feet of space. It has a living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a short hallway that doubles as a laundry room. All of the standard home amenties will be included in the rent. The rent is $499 monthly. This includes everything except electricites. The rent includes, rental of the home and land, water and sewer, and weekly trash pickup on monday mornings. You will be required to provide electicity, and whatever other services you desire. The school district is Warren County - Warren East High, Warren East Middle, and Bristow Elementary. Electric company is Warren Rural Electric. There is no need for gas as everything runs on electric, the bill typically runs about 120 bucks a month, but I keep it cold in the summer, and hot in the winter. You could save money if you wanted to, I simply don't mind to spend the extra money. The bedroom has a bed, nightstand with alarm clock, large desk for a computer or doing paper work, chest of drawers, and sliding closet. The other bedroom is currently under-construction, it is still accessable, but currently I've been using it as a work-room slash storage room. However, you could easily put the futon in to that room, and then it becomes a bedroom. Currenlty there are two high-top chairs in that room.
